The bedrooms

Enough space for everyone.

Six bedrooms over two floors. Three upstairs share a landing. The grandparents take the main floor. Whoever wants quiet takes the studio.

Inside the lodge

Where the group actually sits.

The family room, the kitchen, the long dining table, the landing, the movie theater, and the game room.

The kitchen — pine cabinets and a quartz island under a skylight and exposed beams, with a gas range, a stainless refrigerator, and a built-in banquette with a long wooden table.

A large open kitchen with an island, a full-size range, and an espresso bar. There is counter space for more than one cook, which is what a group of 20 needs.

The theater — four full-size reclining couches facing a 200-inch screen, with a ceiling-mounted 4K projector, surround-sound speakers, and a small stage at the front.

The property

Ten acres to spread out on.

A lit sport court, a disc golf course, an open field, a firepit, and a deck that seats the whole group.

The back deck — about 750 square feet of composite decking. The near half is roofed with a wood ceiling. The far half is open to the sky, railed in black metal, and looks straight out into the pines.

About 750 square feet across the back of the lodge. Half of it is roofed, so you can sit out in an afternoon storm. The other half is open to the sky. It is lit, it has power along it, and it seats the whole group for dinner with room left to move the tables back.

A level, cleared field. Use it for cornhole, kickball, a tent for the kids, or room to run.

The sport court

A full pickleball court with half-court basketball at one end. It is lit, so games run after dark. Balls and paddles are by the garage.
