Amenities

A lot to do. Or nothing at all.

Everything on the 10 acres, from the deck to the sport court to the barn. The rooms inside the lodge are on their own page.

The back deck — about 750 square feet of composite decking. The near half is roofed with a wood ceiling. The far half is open to the sky, railed in black metal, and looks straight out into the pines.

Outside

Ten acres. Most of what people remember happens out here.

The back deck — about 750 square feet of composite decking. The near half is roofed with a wood ceiling. The far half is open to the sky, railed in black metal, and looks straight out into the pines.

The back deck — about 750 sq ft

About 750 square feet across the back of the lodge. Half of it is roofed, so you can sit out in an afternoon storm. The other half is open to the sky. It is lit, it has power along it, and it seats the whole group for dinner with room left to move the tables back.

The firepit

A wide firepit by the pond, with seating around it. We keep split firewood on hand, and there is a hose on a water supply beside it so you can put the fire out before bed. This is where the evening ends.

The grill

A large grill on the deck. Cook for the whole group at once and eat outside.

The field

A level, cleared field. Use it for cornhole, kickball, a tent for the kids, or room to run.

The sport court

Finishes 28 August 2026

A full pickleball court with half-court basketball at one end. It is lit, so games run after dark. Balls and paddles are by the garage.

Disc golf

A short course on the cleared land next door. The discs are in the shed.

The pasture and dog pen

A small pasture for horses, and a dog pen if you prefer your pets to sleep outside. The property is not fenced, so keep pets close.

The pond

A holding pond that catches rainwater. It is here for the wildlife, and it works: elk and deer come down to it. Watch it from the deck in the morning. It is not a swimming or fishing pond.

The practical part

Less photogenic. This is what makes a large group work.

Camp-trailer hookups

Space for two or three camp trailers. Each site has electric, water, and sewer.

Camping pads

Flat, cleared pads on the land next door for group tent camping.

Firewood

We keep split firewood on hand for the firepit and the family-room fireplace. You do not need to bring your own.

EV charging in the garage

A 30-amp Level 2 charger, mounted in the garage. It has a standard J1772 plug, and we keep a Tesla adapter with it. Charge overnight and start the drive home full.

Barn and garage storage

Use the barn or the detached garage for extra storage during an event. Ask us in advance.
