One of three bedrooms upstairs, opening onto the landing. A queen bed, a Joybird sleeper sofa with a Tempur-Pedic mattress, and a built-in window seat in the dormer. It has its own bathroom with a corner tub, a gas stove for heat, and a window air-conditioning unit.
